Shipping & Delivery
The products will be shipped directly from China to you. This delivery usually takes from 7 to 25 days. If you wish you can enable order tracking for a small fee (USD $1.30) and you will then receive a tracking number which allows you to track the whereabouts of your orrder. Faster deliveries are also possible, but they are hard to calculate in advance. Please contact me if you consider such a special delivery. Please note that it can happen that orders get split into two or more parcels. Should this happen there will be no additional costs for you. Legally you are dealing with a guy from Switzerland.

Privacy & Security
I hearby guarantee you that I will not use your personal data for anything else than shipping the orders and to personally contact you in direct relation to your order. Most importantly I will not hand over your personal data to any third party except to the supplier in China responsible for shipping the orders to you.

Returns & Replacements
While you receive orders directly from China I ask you to contact me in case the products delivered are faulty. Since you probably paid for the goods by using PayPal you are also protected by Paypal’s guidelines: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You pay your orders by using PayPal. This protects you in certain ways from abuse. All prices are in USD and you are charged for the amount that was presented to you during your shopping process. Promotions have a certain validity and you can only profit by them if you fullfil your order during that phase (which is usually a week or more).

Viewing Orders
Once you completed your order you will receive several emails during the process until the order arrives at your door: order confirmation, a shipment notice and in case you enabled tracking several updates of the current location of your parcel(s). By using the order id you can also check the current state of your order on this page.
